Shipping & Return Policy

1. Return Service

Luméa.co currently accepts returns only and does not offer exchanges. For a different size or style, please place a new order.


2. Eligibility & Timeframe

If an item is defective, incorrect, or does not fit, please submit a return request within 7 days of receipt and return the item to receive a full or partial refund. 


3. 7-Day Inspection Period

The 7-day inspection period starts the day after delivery. Returned items must remain unused, in their original condition, and include all packaging. Please avoid trying on or damaging items, as this may affect your return eligibility.


4. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

– Intimate apparel (lingerie, underwear, sleepwear, swimwear, etc.)

– Jewelry (earrings, ear studs, nose rings, rings, etc.)

– Other personal items clearly marked as non-returnable

– Any product with seals or packaging that has been opened

– Items from which security tags or labels have been removed

– Items that have come into contact with perfume, smoke, cosmetics, or other substances

– Items that are soiled, worn, or damaged after removing tags

 

5. Return Process

Please email info@luméa.co with your order number and reason for return. We will respond on business days.

Customers outside Taiwan are responsible for international return shipping.

Refunds will exclude the original shipping fee. The remaining amount will be credited to the original payment method once the return is confirmed.


6.Shipping Timeline

To ensure product quality and a smooth fulfillment process, Luméa operates with both in-stock and pre-order items.


In-stock items

・Estimated shipping time: 14–21 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)

・Actual delivery time may vary depending on logistics conditions

Pre-order items

・Estimated shipping time: 21–30 business days after order confirmation

・Pre-order items are arranged for production or sourcing after purchase and will be shipped according to production and logistics schedules

We always strive to ship orders as early as possible.

7.Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item and confirm that it meets our return conditions, we will notify you of the approval status.

If your return is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note that the actual time for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider, bank, or credit card issuer, and typically takes several business days to process.
