9. Relationship with Shopify (Must Keep)
Our store is supported by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Service to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our store are made directly with Luméa. You acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and Luméa, including any injuries, damages, or losses resulting from products or services purchased. You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with Luméa.
10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service and products are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan).
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Taipei District Court as the court of first instance.
